Before taking her CELTA certificate, Lucy worked at the BBC TV centre on Natural history documentaries. She taught English to a variety of levels and ages, from young learners to adolescents and adults, both in school, company, and one-to-one homestay tuition. She has also given preparation for the Cambridge First Certificate and Trinity exams, levels 2-9.

Home/location

Lucy lives in a terraced house in an attractive, central location. Bristol city centre is only a 20 minute walk away, and the charming 'Clifton Village' and the famous 'Suspension Bridge' are only a 15 minute walk away. Local places of interest include pubs, theatre, live cultural events, Bath - Georgian City and Roman Baths, and many more. She is a terrific tour guide.

Student's room

It is a double room with a large double bed, desk, office chair, Digital TV and DVD player, and of course all the basics. There is wireless Internet available.

Family/interests

Lucy's interests include cooking, dancing, travelling, live music, friends, reading, gardening, and languages.
