Dolores is an experienced English host tutor living in Malta. She holds the Cambridge CELTA with experience in teaching and hosting foreign students at her home for over 5 years. Her husband is also a Cambridge qualified English teacher qualified in 2000 in Brighton, and specialized in Business and Law studies at advanced level.

Home/location

They live in a modern terraced home consisting of sitting room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, four bedrooms and a garden. Their home is located in a quiet residential area but has the advantage of being five minutes' walk from the sea, cinemas and nightclubs. The very attractive St Julian's Promenade, casinos and the many restaurants serving international cuisine are only a ten minute walk from the house. Students are welcome to use the family computer (broadband).

Student's room

A comfortable, well-furnished twin room with balcony. They have the facility to offer a private shower room and toilet.

Family/interests

They enjoy bridge, picture framing, theatre, swimming, entertaining and country walks. Until recently Barry held a pilot's licence. They have a son called Charles (1979) who likes rugby, socialising and sailing.
