Home/location

The house is set at the edge of the village, overlooking surrounding countryside, with views of the Purbecks. It is set in 3/4s of an acre of land, with a well-established garden, including a vegetable garden and large, well-stocked pond. The house has 4 bedrooms - 3 of which should be available for guests with a shared or, if necessary, private bathroom. These form a separate part of the house and could be shut off to provide a completely private area.

Student's room

There are one single bedroom and two double rooms, which overlook the garden. One room has twin beds with cupboard and desk, and the other one has a double bed, built-in cupboard and a desk. Both these rooms have their own television and one has its own Sky connection. The house has Wifi, so guests could use the Internet in their own rooms as well as the house computer.

Family/interests

Shelagh's (1959) interests include cooking, current affairs, family, gardening, photography, literature and travelling. Her husband, Michael, born in 1946, is interested in computers, current affairs, sports, outdoors and literature.

Pets

They have two dogs.
