Jon has a degree in English and Spanish and holds the DELTA. He also holds a Certificate in Education, which is the qualification required for a state education teaching position. Jon has a wide range of expertise in one-to-one tutoring for students of all ability levels and he is a particular specialist for exam training. His wife, Carol, is a garden designer.
Home/location
They live in a large, clean and comfortable home with a lovely garden in the North London residential suburb of New Barnet, at the end of the Piccadilly Line. It is a large 5-bedroom semi-detached Edwardian house with a 10 minute walk to the station. Access to central London is fast and frequent, within 30 minutes.
Student's room
The student's room is a single bedded room, which is a comfortable study bedroom with some storage space. The room has wooden floors. They have the facility to offer a private shower room and toilet, this private use may be guaranteed by payment of the Prestige Option.
Family/interests
Jonathan was born in 1953 and his interests include music, cycling, walking, swimming and guitar playing. Carol's interests include art, painting, gardening and history. She was born in 1954.
They have two daughters: Katie and Rosanna. Katie (1981) is interested in cinema, history, outdoors, literature, poetry and writing. Rosanna, born in 1985, is interested in cinema, gym and dance.
