They live in the suburb of Blackrock on the edge of Cork. The home is a Victorian, terraced house. County Cork, located in the south of Ireland is a popular destination with its beautiful scenery and thriving towns. There are lots of walks locally and a bus stop a 2 minute walk from home that will take you into town. A local pub is within walking distance (10 minutes). There are excellent sports facilities, golf, tennis, and a local cinema.
Student's room
A comfortable, well-furnished, double room overlooking the garden. There is a desk for private study and plenty of storage space. They have the facility to offer a private bathroom if the Prestige Option is requested.
Family/interests
Phil's hobbies include walking and music, she also enjoys cooking. John likes music, football and walking. Their children have left home.
Pets
They have a very small dog.
Smoking
Theirs is a non-smoking household. They would accept smokers who only smoke outside.
