Tim holds the CELTA as well as a Bsc in Urban Land Economics and a Certificate in Effective Management. He has worked as a Chartered Surveyor and Housing Consultant, and he previously ran his own consultancy business. Tim is an extremely capable teacher and his up to date business knowledge is an advantage. His previous students have been highly complimentary about his expertise. He has also taught IELTS exam preparation. His partner, Gill, is an English and Drama teacher.

Home/location

They live in Hook Norton, a charming and picturesque village, situated mid-way between Oxford and Stratford on the edge of the Cotswolds. Their home is a four bedroom house, with a large garden. The accommodation is very peaceful. The village provides shops, pubs, restaurant, and a post office.

Student's room

The student room is a comfortable, well-furnished room with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, and a view out to a country lane. They have the facility to offer a private bathroom. There is also Wifi internet access.

Family/interests

Tim, born in 1948, and Gill, born in 1944, are good company and interesting people. They are both interested in classical music, sailing, theatre, walking, English literature, and architecture.
