Overview

A course for managers and professionals relocating to the UK or on secondment for a shorter period. This course can be done in conjunction with Welcome to Britain, which covers the aspects of home and family adaptation.

For best value this course should be done within the first couple of months of arrival in country or pre-departure for people relocating away from UK.

  • How to recognise and deal with cross-cultural differences at work.

  • The seven areas of communication breakdown: strategies for dealing with them.

  • Dealing with culture shock (If course done separately from Welcome to Britain).
