Overview

A course for NHS and NGO managers, professionals and staff in how to work successfully in a working environment with diverse minorities. The course offers a cross-cultural approach to dealing with disagreements rooted in race, gender, religion, age, disability, and sexual orientation issues and allows participants to discuss real issues in a confidential, relaxed and supportive environment with a range of participative and fun activities.
